About Bre Anna
Bre Anna "Humble Bre" is the living definition and physical representation of a survivor. She has overcome childhood abuse, spousal abuse, divorce, health challenges, poverty, and homelessness. Today she stands as a testimony that in spite of how many lemons life has thrown your way, you can enjoy a future overflowing with champagne glasses of lemonade.

A believer that, “all things are possible,” Bre relishes every opportunity to inspire others to discover, own and confront their personal truths and channel them into purposeful energy to thrive in today's ever-changing world. Bre believes that true change can only occur when we address the root source of our own programming, also known as generational toxicity, which governs our individual belief systems and behaviors.
Bre Anna is naturally an intuitive empath and healer with a strong sense of discernment. She is often blessed with gifts of prophecy, dream interpretations, and intercession.
In 2009, Bre became a Certified Herbalist. Her life-long love of creating and using teas has earned her the title of Master Tea Blender. In 2019, Bre became an Ordained Minister specializing in non-denomination, spiritual expressions, and studies. She continued her love of divine spirituality, studying the ancient arts of holistic and spiritual healing, and became certified as a Shamanic Life Coach in 2023.

Bre Anna has discovered through her many journeys during this life that she has a gift for understanding what an individual needs to truly be happy, empowering them to take their life path into their own hands. She works from a place of integrity and authenticity and teaches others how to passionately do the same.

Through her willingness to be candid about events in her own life on her podcast and during her teachings, Bre is able to share insights that help herself and others to undo the systemic programming that has led to a multitude of disconnects in our present global society. She helps people cultivate a healthy balance of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, often incorporating lifestyle changes and practices that help them lead better lives, all while addressing the most difficult subjects. She offers personalized one-on-one services as well as virtual courses on many of these topics.
